Extensive experience in load, capacity and scalability analysis of Applications/Databases and supporting infrastructure
• Experience in developing LoadRunner scripts with HTTP-HTML,NET,JAVA,RDP, CITRIX,Trueclient & Webservices protocols.
• Expertise in script development and load testing for web/web services using JMETER
• Experience in driving and implementing performance, scalability and reliability practices for enterprise applications
• Strong hands on experience in utilizing performance testing methodologies to identify software optimization opportunities, potential system bottlenecks and performance problems and offer remediation options
• Working experience to navigate through Dynatrace and SPLUNK to analyze statistics and identify issues uncovered during performance testing
• Experience in JVM tuning, Thread dump and Heap dump analysis
• Passion to automate processes following best practices established by architects
• Participate in the requirements gathering for software performance testing projects and converting to performance test plan (API, microsite)
• Tailor existing standards and project/application performance test plans and procedures based on specific project requirements
• Lead multiple/large scale tests, including planning, estimating and prioritizing
• Analyze requirements and create efficiently designed and planned performance test cases and scenarios
• Expertise with tools like DynaTrace, JMeter, LoadRunner and Jenkins
• Develop and implement software performance test frameworks using existing tools like Jenkins and CI automation
• Configure and setup monitors to measure system resources, Application/DB statistics using DynaTrace, HP SiteScope, and other tools
• Gather load test and monitoring statistics and analyze to find root cause for performance issues
• Collaborate with engineering and database teams to fix performance issues
• Create and track defects using Azure DevOps
• Present performance analysis report to engineering team and product owner
• Ability to conduct performance tests in Production environment after business hours and on weekends
