- Partnering with Senior Product managers to understand overall product requirements ( epics and features)
- Identification of dependences, risks, and issues
- Sequencing/prioritization of features
- Managing team capacity and committing the future work accordingly
- Writing and grooming user stories ( keep 2 sprint worth of stories in the backlog)
- Following up with the dependent team , get their commitment
- Work with UX, content writer to have the design ready
