Document both high level and detailed requirements in a manner that can be easily understood and transferred Create project documents and associated planning documents.

Provide support by bridging communication between vendors client ministries and corporate technical and business teams.

Participant in project definition meeting with clients to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way communicating effectively and efficiently with development managerial and executive teams.

Support the implementation configure system document requirements present progress support and train users.

Work closely with development team to ensure solutions satisfy client needs as well as balancing the tradeoffs bet ween simplicity usability performance and functionality.

Coordinate oversee and or execute the Quality Assurance QA and Testing of technical builds implemented as a result of Project work change requests and bug fixes.

Provide an appropriate level of knowledge transfer internal and external to ensure continued success for the customer Create new business and technical processes and complete business process reviews reengineering for existing processes.

Challenge current processes both internally and externally and providing recommendations on how to improve.

Should be able to Prepare documents on expected benefits use cases current proposed process workflows data flows and functional and non functional specifications.

Facilitate business process improvement sessions Mandatory to have wide exposure and experience working in Insurance Domain with various LOBS Auto Home Life etc.

Both personal and commercial Schedule organize and lead project status meetings and other meetings as required.

Escalate unresolved issues risks options and recommendations Contribute to core product enhancements Candidate should be pro active and willing to take responsibilities.
