- Involved in the administration, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of major sub-systems.
- Acknowledge and resolve user service requests.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of related work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience, including EC2 and S3.
- Linux experience, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Windows Server (2016 and 2019) experience
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, EKS)
- Good understanding of common protocols and services, including: DHCP, DNS, FTP(S), HTTP(S), LDAP, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, TCP, UDP, and the ability to support, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to these protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SSL Certificate Management.
- Experience with one or more relational database management systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- DevOps experience.
- Experience with Kafka
