•    8 - 12 years of business analysis experience in a large organization.
•    Well versed in the finance business processes, with working knowledge of accounting and finance principles – Critical Skill Requirement
•    Experience as CPA, CA or similar roles will be an advantage
•    Experience in working in Finance Department in Manufacturing, Retail or startup
•    Experience with Financial transformation / new organization setup 
•    Thorough knowledge of Accounting, GL, AP/AR, Cost Centre/Profit Centre Accounting, P&L, month/quarter/year end closing
•    DO NOT NEED Banking Industry experience – this will be a negative factor 
•    Ability to interact, influence, and communicate across all organizational levels including C-level executives, subject matter experts, business and technical stakeholders.
•    Ability to summarize multi-dimensional complex data into easy to understand visual information using dashboards and reports.
•    Expertise in creating Presentation Decks/ Dashboards 
•    Demonstrated experience in Requirements Documentation 
•    Business Process Modeling 
•    Data Mapping & Data Analysis
•    Wireframes & Prototypes creation
•    Experience interpreting data from a business perspective and communicating those insights back to non-technical business stakeholders. 
•    Leading product envisioning workshops and capturing business requirements (identifying operating models, business processes, services, capabilities, etc.) and modelling them in live, interactive sessions. 
•    Strong sense of user-centered design with hands on expertise using various UI/UX design tools.
