Position -  Business Analyst with Salesforce & SAP Consumer Data Cloud (aka Gigya)

Location – Culver City , CA

Duration – 12+ Months Contract

 

 

Job Title              :              

Relevant Experience (Yrs)         :              

5+ years as a technical project manager or business analyst

 

Necessary Skills               :

• Experience with master data management, data integration, data governance, data analysis, or data quality to support cross-functional business teams.

• 2- 5 years’ experience with an enterprise ESP/CRM platform, capabilities, reporting and configuration; Salesforce experience is a big plus

• Proven understanding of the Sales and Marketing technology ecosystem and how it is evolving

• 1 – 3 years’ experience working with Customer Identify management and tools; SAP Consumer Data Cloud (aka Gigya) a plus

• Thorough understanding of data operations and security guidelines and measures required when dealing with 1st party consumer data

• Ability to provide oversight and thought leadership on CRM implementations, including but not limited to: requirement gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integrations, system testing and production support

• Able to translate technical CRM capabilities to a non-technical audience

• Articulate issues clearly and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management

• Listen well and be receptive to others' ideas and suggestions, encouraging open and collaborative dialogue among team members

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across the organization at all levels

 

Roles & Responsibilities               :

•              Analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.

•              Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.

•              Conducts meetings to gather customer requirements, questionnaires, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

•              Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

•              Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.

•              Participates in the QA of developed solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.

•              Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

•              Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.

•              Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.

•              Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.

•              Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
