As a Business Analyst, you will join the Compliance technology team at Credit Suisse. Working in this team you will have the responsibility for driving projects with Business and Change partners from initiation, through requirements gathering and technical design, overseeing the build phase and managing subsequent test phases. The role is completely hands on, with the BA expected to be fully immersed in the detailed execution of projects and initiatives at every level.
In order to be successful in the role you will need to:
• Have strong analytical skills to quickly understand and break down complex issues and problems to come up with sound and rational judgements and solutions
• Effectively elicit business and functional requirements and clearly document them within Jira/Confluence ecosystem
• UI/UX design skills in tools such as Sketch or Zeplin etc to design application interfaces
• Be experienced with designing IT solutions addressing complex business problems, business processes, and bringing them to life
• Superb communication set skills to be able to lead key and numerous partners and make sure you deliver the intended business value to the clients
• Be an Agile enthusiast and promote agile approach to others in the organization and foster collaboration with scalable Scrum in mind
• Have a Design Thinking mindset and demonstrable empathy of the target user group in previous projects
• You have minimum 4-8 years systems or business analyst experience on either front-to-back projects or projects involving multiple teams/systems
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are a great teammate fostering a collaborative and cooperative approach to project delivery · Financial Product knowledge
