- 4+ years of hands-on software development
- Proficient reading and writing Java
- Experience with the Ruby on Rails framework
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Good communication skills: both written and verbal
- Bonus: experience with the Kotlin programming language
