• Elicit and evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
• Analyze large volumes of transactional and interaction data to uncover behavior patterns. 
• Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding. 
• Distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requests.
• Understand how law, policies, systems and processes impacts requests/projects.
• Share business knowledge and understanding among business systems analysts and project stakeholders.
• Break down high level objectives into smaller functional areas. 
• Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders and promotes data-driven decisioning.  
• Create comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests. 
• Act as a Product Owner representing Business stakeholders during the build, validation and delivery of the solution within an agile delivery model.

Qualifications :
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related degree required.  
Equivalent certifications with substantial experience relevant to the job may be considered for fitment.  Master’s degree in any of these disciplines is a plus.
Experience in Consumer Finance is preferred.  Any exposure to Consumer Credit Risk Management is a big plus.
Experience with statistical/analytical modeling using SAS, R, or other tools preferred.
Experience creating Machine Learning models using any language/software is a huge plus.
Excellent written & verbal communication, organization, presentation and data visualization skills.
Ability to effectively play the role of Product Owner in an Agile delivery model.
10+ years of Business Analysis experience in helping build complex distributed systems to solve critical business problems.
2+ years of data analysis experience using SQL, Excel, Power BI or equivalent required.
Wireless/Telecom experience is a plus
