• Strategize, implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and quality of deliverables
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Oversee multiple technical teams, ensuring project goals are reached
• Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
• Experience in handling network / wifi modernization and wireless projects is a must.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Work closely with cross-functional technical teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage project and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce project reports for management and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years in any management role (preference given to those with project management experience)
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Knowledge of network and wireless technology

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous stakeholder management skills
• Proven proposal writing experience
• ITIL / PMP knowledge
• Networking certifications like CCNA will be added advantage
