1. Working knowledge of Customization in SAP CRM Sales & Service Process
2. Offer to Cash process, integration of various SAP modules in the process
3. Knowledge in area of SAP SD integration with other ECC modules
4. SAP CRM Middleware integration with ECC
5. Working knowledge of SAP SD customization
6. Should be able to work with developer on Enhancements and BADIs in SAP CRM/ECC
7. Should be able to do gap analysis after gathering requirement
8. Should have excellent Communication Skill

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understand business requirements and then convert business requirement into Functional Specifications
2. Demonstrate decision making ability and problem-solving skills in these scenarios
3. Provide help to technical consultant to get developments completed in time for the Functional Specifications
4. Work with teams across multiple locations and in onsite offshore model
5. Ensure that deliverables are recorded, updated and completed in time
6. Work on Multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel and proving status update on these items
7. Find new opportunities to engage the customer in new ideas and innovation
