- Experience in developing controls
- Overall risk management experience and understanding of how to mitigate risk
- RCI (Risk Assessment meetings) with Control development sessions with Owners and Sr. Leadership
- Good Communication skills and working with management
- Complete the BPM toolkit RCI template and some form of control template or documenting controls
- Experience in identifying risks and control (existing or to be created)
- Experience in guiding conversations and influencing to arrive at an appropriate risks and risk levels
- Experience in providing effective challenge when necessary with all levels of management
- Update existing controls in Turborisk
- Self-starter and able to pick up things quickly
- Ability to use resources
