JOB DETAIL

The Oracle SCM Functional Analyst works on multiple projects in Oracle R12 and 11i versions with focus in the domain of Supply Chain Management (SCM) including Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Purchasing (PO) with iProcurement (iProc), Inventory (INV), Incentive Compensation and has suitable knowledge in Shipping/Distribution areas.This position works on cross-functional modules in the environment of Quote to Order (Q2O) or Order-to-Cash (O2C), Configure Product Quote (CPQ) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles with possible integration of third party systems.

Responsibilities:

 Oracle eBusiness Suite, Supply Chain Management (SCM)
    Applications functionality MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, familiarity with Project Management tools
    Ability to accomplish assigned projects utilizing excellent communication (written and verbal), project management, time management and collaboration skills
    Ability to perform high quality work within assigned deadlines
    Ability to focus on the accomplishment of current departmental priorities
    Ability to provide service with integrity and confidentiality
    Ability to streamline processes through necessary skill sets
    Strong ability to work well in a variety of team environments VCP Modules; Advance Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) a plus but not required
    VCP Modules; Demantra (DM/AFDM), Rapid Planning, etc. a plus but not required

 

Must Have Technical Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area required
    Oracle certification a plus Minimum 5 years of experience with the following Oracle R12 SCM modules: Order Management and Shipping, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, Incentive Compensation and Advance Supply Chain Planning
    Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Applications (12.1.3, R12.2.3 preferred)
    Minimum 5 years of experience working on Oracle Supply Chain, Planning and/or WMS Distribution
    Minimum 2 years of experience working with Oracle ERP implementations
    Work in support of organizations employing Lean methodologies highly desirable
    Proficiency in implementation process mapping, functional requirement analysis, train end users
