Support North-America P&C CRM teams to run day to day outbound campaigns overall marketing channels (create automatic campaigns, assist users with issues on segmentation or management of creative / html)
Support Customer Service teams with their usage of Salesforce Service Cloud
Maintain and/or roll out tools for Customer Service, Loyalty, and Clienteling
Translate marketing business requirements into workflows and/or reports
Gather requirements for new functionalities / process change
Provide requirements and/or specifications for development
Coordinate UAT and user training
Code simple HTML web pages from templates
Conduct basic Adobe Campaign training for business users
