- Analyze large volumes of transactional and interaction data to uncover behavior patterns.
- Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
- Distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requests.
- Understand how law, policies, systems and processes impacts requests/projects.
- Share business knowledge and understanding among business systems analysts and project stakeholders.
- Break down high level objectives into smaller functional areas.
- Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders and promotes data-driven decisioning.
- Create comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests.
- Act as a Product Owner representing Business stakeholders during the build, validation and delivery of the solution within an agile delivery mode
