Team has spent the last 3 years moving systems over to salesforce. Need to continue to implement new groups and improve use of current groups
Over 1800 users as of now and growing.
Going to work close with and Data Science team to generate leads
Tableau implementation on salesforce
Improve UI experience for user
Up to 40 new implementations after this project.
As a member of the Fidelity Institutional Client Relationship technology team you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions for our business partners on the Salesforce.com platform. You will play a meaningful role on a global Scrum team where you will work closely with business and technology partners across Fidelity Institutional to deliver customer relationship management solutions to 2000+ associates who support new business opportunities and our existing client base.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience
OR
Master’s in computer science or related major with 4+ years of CRM Development.
Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer
Experience with Salesforce Communities or Marketing Cloud is preferred
AWS certification would be preferred
Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform
Experience crafting Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events.
Solid understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development standard methodologies.
