Must Have Skills
5+ years project management experience
3+ years of Retail and Ecommerce program or project management
Experience implementing and maintaining Ecommerce platforms and third party Ecommerce applications
2+ years hands on Agile experience
Experience on project management tools like Planview, JIRA, SAP for project finance management and Agile tools
Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and to work well with people at all levels of the organization
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization
Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups, including business and technical teams
Experience with Retail, Ecommerce platforms, OMS, search and third party Ecommerce applications

Nice to Have

Detailed Job Description:
•       Manages assigned projects through full-life cycle, from requirements definition through stabilization
•       Manages the projects in an Agile and Iterative methodologies
•       Serves as a Scrum Master (Agile) directly overseeing daily activities of the project team
•       Manages geographically dispersed business teams, on-shore/off-shore development teams, and third-party vendors
•       Manages Project budget, forecasting, resource management, Invoicing and required project finance activities
•       Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet product owners expectations
•       Fosters and maintains Clients Agile and PMO practices
