Requirements:
- Fluency with Java, Python and Linux as a developer.
- Familiarity with tools like Atlassian Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence, and Jira.
- Familiarity and working knowledge of Postgres.
Professional Experience in/with:
- Cloud architectures and usages – prefer cloud-first design and AWS .
- Hands on experience with Docker and Container
- Geospatial data – generation, querying, storage, analysis is a plus, not required.
- Data analysis, data modeling, and data flow design.
Desirables:
- Automated build and deployment of data stores.
- Familiarity with HTTP API paradigms like REST.
- Experience with other languages like Java, C , Fortran.
- CI/CD
- Highly available and scalable data systems
- High performance architectures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
