As an architect, candidate needs process design, process methodology, process discovery/workshopping, Blueworks Live, BPMN (preferred), EPC, UML, json based integration, message queues (MQ Series, RabbitMQ etc), Any BPTrends Cert, Lean/Six Sigma background is helpful.
