Strong experience with waterfall and Agile/Kanban methodologies

•         Extensive experience in writing business requirements and working with business teams

Manage project deliverables/timelines through development of detailed plans working with business, technology and testing stakeholders

•         Participate in overseeing change management tasks including clarifying business requirements and writing BRDs, reviewing and providing detailed requirements to technical team, and development of user documents

•         Create JIRA tickets for requirements, clarifying requirements and removing requirement impediments

•         Manage/conduct daily scrum calls

•         Play a key role in the User Acceptance Testing and Training

•         Provide day-to-day support of business technologies to business users
