10+ Years of Functional experience in EBS SCM Modules, Oracle SCM Cloud experience preferred

Strong Functional Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules which should include Inventory, OM, Cost Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Global Order Promising, Pricing, Planning Central

Experience in handling customer requirements and derive the solution with business teams

Manage developers, customer resources, partners and offshore teams as applicable

Good experience in “Order to Cash” process flow as well as, it would be ideal to have good exposure to Call to Resolution (Service Contracts, field service) process flow

Experience in working with global support model (Onsite-Offshore Model) to provide seamless support to client.

Identifying and addressing client needs; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

Work with IT & Business to resolve day to day issues through tickets.
