Drive integrated teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance
-Work within and across business units to prioritize, plan, and execute the development schedule for major product releases
-Manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports
-Maintain dependency plan between planned sprints/phases across engineering, infrastructure, and third-parties
-Manage and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives
-May perform hands on reviews of product backlog/requirements, designs, code, test scripts and results in addressing delivery impediments or product quality issues
-Ensure deliverables across engineering teams are high quality and clearly documented - Conducts daily stand-ups and retrospectives at the end of each sprint, and ensures that the team is continuously -learning from the past
-Identifies opportunities to adopt innovative technologies, look beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities

-Must have excellent oral and written communication skill in & English (Primary Requirement)
-6+yrs Experience running project/product delivery teams on Agile methodology
-Technical project management experience - managing technical teams and driving solutions for delivery, relationship management and status reporting
- Knowledge and/or experience working with Public Cloud and related applications
-MUST HAVE experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
-Must have experience manage and delivered application software being a project manager
-Must have experience & knowledge of software development life cycle process, compliance reporting for projects
-Must have knowledge and experience working on project management tools (Rally, Jira, Agile PM tool etc)
-Must have knowledge & experience with PMO related functionalities (project financials, reporting) etc
-Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
-Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software
-Certifications: CSM/PSM, SAFE or equivalent etc
