Work as part of a small, agile team to define, design and deploy Digital WorkForce architectural solutions throughout Quest Diagnostics as part of Agile teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution. Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery

2. Perform detailed estimations towards the finalized in scope processes planned under development sprints

3. Understand internal customer’s business requirements and clearly document them in order for RPA developers to deploy the automation projects in an optimal manner

4. Guide a team of developers through the project completion.

5. Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery

6. Extensive experience of both front office and back office automation using RPA tools and other third automation solutions.

7. Excellent communication skills. Ability to talk to Internal customer technical team

9. Conduct design and code reviews of multiple projects.

10. Generate data for project planning, including task breakdown & estimation of work for a project. Competent in developing accurate estimates & risk assessments. Track status within the project as necessary.

11. Communicate team and project status to project manager and director.

12. May occasionally act in the Team Lead role

13. Act as the designated expert for owned automation area(s).

14. Contribute to the continued improvement of the organization’s development procedures by looking for opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

15. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

 

Work Experience:

• 5+ years professional experience in of IT experience.

• 3+ years of experience in leading architecture and design for UiPath implementations.

• Experience gathering requirements and designing solutions

• Architecting enterprise level applications involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERP applications

• Experience with internal customer interaction and software development lifecycle is a must

• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented (OO) design patterns, distributed databases, and data modeling techniques.
