Work closely with business and development teams to do the logical and physical data models .

Develop the data management policies . Help drive the deployment efforts , stream line them and develop automations .

Should be responsible for code reviews and writing performant codes. Develop migration and integration strategies.

Should be expert in SQL Server , AWS and hands on experience in other databases like Postgres , mySql , Snowflake etc.

Should have worked extensively in integration tools like SSIS /  Informatica / IICS , Pentaho etc.

Good understanding of Cyber security , SOX  applications etc.

•          Implement high performance physical database environment for high availability and disaster recovery

•          Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures

•          Implement data partitioning and database tuning to enable data warehouse scale to 1 million loans (capacity planning)

•          Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges)

•          Coordinate and manage data services nightly jobs with IT infrastructure, Finance, Servicing, and CLG

•          Work on projects as needed (eg: design and configure high performance SQL Server farm)

•          Support in trouble shooting, server performance issues and setting up new databases

•          Setup and maintain documentation and standards

•          Perform other related duties as required and assigned

•          Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
