The tester role will execute and validate manual and automated test cases based upon system requirements and identify and document defects when performing test execution.  They will also assist in the planning, design, debugging and execution of testing.

Lead testers will review requirements, determine resource needs based on scope of work, and assign work to a team. They are responsible for auditing the work of the team to ensure quality is met and standards are being followed. Additionally, they execute and validate manual and automated test cases based upon system requirements and identify and document defects when performing test execution.

·          Experience in programming/scripting and some automation preferred

 Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrate knowledge of the Software Testing Methodology

Demonstrate knowledge of the Application Development Life Cycle.

1+ years’ software testing experience.

Strong communication skills.

Strong requirements analysis skills.

Demonstrate experience in black box testing.
