• Own outcomes and timeline on specific, critical development efforts
• Complete development projects at all levels of the stack
• Ensure Product Quality by participating in Code Reviews and Testing
• Participate in the entire Product Life Cycle, including input into feature and product design
• Estimate development tasks and coordinate with delivery teams to keep projects on schedule
• Communicate directly with stakeholders, both internal and external
• Team with business analysts to gather business and system process requirements. Analyze data to provide a framework of understanding for design requirements.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, revise, and test existing computer software, repairing defects to ensure programs continue to meet business expectations and needs.
• Serve as technical expert on specific development projects
• Suggest, identify, and evaluate new technologies for implementation
• Integrate enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot existing integrations
Requirements:
• Foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Design Principles and Design Patterns
• Working knowledge of best practices for the full Software Development Lifecycle in an agile environment including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
• More than five years of professional experience in C#, SQL, Integration and API Design
• Use of Visual Studio and source control
• Eagerness to explore new ideas and a self-motivated desire to continuously learn new things
• Ability to write clear, concise, well documented code
• Ability to speak up to champion ideas and dev practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with stakeholders
• Knowledge of web concepts and protocols (REST, SOAP, SSL/TLS, OData, OAuth)
• Familiarity with generating and manipulating common data formats, including CSV, XML and JSON
• Excellent critical thinking skills. Being able to jump in quickly and help the team to solve urgent issues
• Values documentation and solid design principles
• Experience architecting and building integrations with REST, SOAP, API, JMS, DB, File, and other protocols
• Desire to mentor and be mentored

• ERP application experience
