need someone with web development exp (not python scripting) with strong exp in Flash and Django

The Candidate must have Min 8 years of experience
Experience object oriented programming (OOP) concepts using Python.
Must have experience in Pandas
Must have experience in Numpy.
Must have knowledge of Python web framework – Django.
the candidate should have good SQL knowledge
Familiarity or exposure to cloud computing platforms and ecosystems, e.g., Azure
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
 Strong client service orientation
Questioning/clarification skills
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Finance / Asset experience good to have.
