       Self-confident- will need to present a weekly project status to management team, propose strategies for how to move forward on projects/processes, take feedback from team and adapt to the situation

·       Solution oriented- identify problems, gets past them, and propose short and long-term solutions

·       Organized- will be managing a high-level gantt chart, project plan, priorities, across multiple threads (there will be a business and tech leadership group driving, but the BA will need to track)

·       Comfortable with tech- majority of projects will be focused on cloud integration, linking between applications, and not field placement on UI.   Will need to be comfortable keeping up on a technical conversation and capable of independent research into unfamiliar terms and processes
