2. Experience in developing performance test strategy / planning for multiple migration applications in parallel

3. Experience in managing end to end NFT program which has various systems within it

4. Expert in performance testing tools - LoadRunner, Jmeter

5. Experience in component level performance testing

6. Good experience on Agile based project delivery & migration performance testing projects

7. Root cause analysis using APM tools like Dynatrace

8. experience in leading performance projects at onshore/offshore model
