1.            Objective: Add technology resources to our highest volume regional facilities to:

a.            Automate processes and systems, identify bottlenecks, manual errors and work to remove them quickly by partnering with COE and core engineering teams.

b.            Ability to learn and be hands-on with operational tools and processes 

c.             Help operationalize initiatives and partner with ops leadership to define the resource plans for operations 

d.            Work back with technology COE team to develop operational roadmaps.

2.            Experience Required: 

a.       Supply Chain/DC operational experience 

b.       Experience to engage DC leadership (Regional VP’s) 

c.       Background and experience with technology projects

d.       Possesses technical acumen to understand data flows and system interfaces

e.       Ability to travel to associated HUBS and minor regional DC’s to access business process and opportunities.

2.            Approach:

a.            Understand: Assess areas of impact with defined business objectives and ROI. Assess processes, document and recommend changes

b.            Plan: Set objectives, prioritize, roadmaps and drive synergies across locations and COE for maximum impact

c.             Act: Align processes, communicate and engage, pilot, scale, implement

d.            Measure & Learn: Measure impact and drive continued improvement locally and across enterprise
