Must-Have:
- Should have extensive working knowledge as Oracle Application SCM Functional Consultant with planning expertise.
- Expertise in Oracle SCM configurations & Functionality (OM, MRP, Inventory, PO, BOM, WIP etc.,)
- Must have worked on Development, Support and Upgrade project with Onsite-Offshore model
- Well acquainted with all the relevant features in different Oracle Applications versions
- Ability to participate on business workshops to identify and demonstrate AS-IS TO-BE gaps and solution
- Have experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Various SCM functional setups, UAT, SIT, Go-Live and Post Implementation Support.
- Preparation of various documents like BR100, BF15, BF16, MD60, User Manuals, TE040 etc.
- Efficiently satisfying and training end users
- Good Analytical, communication, presentation, client interaction skills
- Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Working with Oracle SR teams, DBA teams and support groups.
- Good knowledge in writing SQL Queries
- PL/SQL basics with tools like SQL Developer, PLSQL developer, TOAD etc.,
