Project Overview:

Salesforce CRM program. They are moving a number of different CRMs (5 total) into one CRM (Salesforce). This revolves around a multi-year initiatives on changing how relationship are managed to improve client and vendor engagement. Their CRM/Salesforce partner is Traction on Demand. This person would be collaborating extensively with their New Business Development team.
