• Developing IV&V and QA monthly activity reports;
• Conducting risk and issue list reviews;
• Performing traceability matrix analysis;
• Performing system requirements evaluation;
• Conducting system test assessment and verification;
• Developing IV&V and QA task reports.

·         Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a technical capacity on IT projects valued at $2,000,000 or more.

·         Working knowledge of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Standard 1012-2004 (System and Software Verification and Validation), IEEE 12207 Standard for Information Technology, IEEE 730-2002 Standard Software Quality Assurance Plans, and IEEE 830 Requirements Specifications. Project Manager must possess a minimum of twenty-four (24) months of experience for the aforementioned IEEE standards. IT Technical Analyst and IT Business Systems Analyst must possess a minimum of sixty (60) months of experience for the aforementioned IEEE standards.

·         Minimum of 3 years experience/working knowledge in applying the Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and other industry leading Methodologies on a Software Development Project.

·         Must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.

·         5 years experience with the industry standard and best practices regarding quality assurance, and quality control principles and techniques.

Must provide 2 references from the state agency where they worked and not from vendors that they represented.
