Development experience should include

Using Microsoft .NET technologies

Experience in defining and refining development and/or testing strategies

Using Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design and/or Behavior Driven Design methodologies in an Agile environment

Understanding of object oriented programming and design patterns

Using Continuous Integration tools and approaches

Using integration toolsets and platforms – e.g., MuleSoft, Nifi

Troubleshooting complex problems in integrated systems

Release and Incident management

Excellent understanding of relational database design & concepts.

Understanding of non-relational databases and processes to create data warehouses and data stores.

Understanding of n-tier or event based application architectures and application security controls.

Understanding of developing and deploying scalable systems - on-premises or cloud.

Ability to select, train and coach personnel.
