Manage the project with an Agile methodology (Scrum Master)
Experience with Salesforce products/implementations
Organization skills for both the candidate and the team they will be managing
Self-driven leader that can drive project teams to a successful implementation
Work with and lead 3rd party implementation partners to ensure that the investment is realized
Manage all facets of the SDLC ensuring that schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
Leverage Project Management tools for Agile Projects (MS Projects, MS Planner, Jira, etc.) for the duration of the project
Lead multiple and simultaneous high profile, complex, cross-functional projects from conception through delivery in a fast-paced environment
Manage multiple teams of cross-discipline resources; to include resource effort allocation management
Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks
Develop estimates and forecast project costs in alignment with project methodology
Coach and train project team members on processes and best practices as they pertain to the project
Present and facilitate effective meetings both internally and with client stakeholders
Experience with Fonteva Application Software
Experience with Association organizations
Experience with Learning Management Software
Experience with Organization Change Management (OCM)
