 They use SSRS for reporting but company is shifting to Tableau.
The focus is more on the objects/data source that the reports draw from and that those data sources are maintained.

 Most important: strong T-SQL coding, Knowledge of OLAP and OLTP, use of SQL Server data tools in Visual Studio because there are a lot of
SSIS workflows that are built for job processes. Some DBA skills are important – how to create and schedule a job in SSIS, performance
tuning, optimization, etc.

data quality suite is a plus, not required- they use it for data cleansing.

They’re integrating cloud services- Salesforce and Azure.

They’re pretty far along in the project but something is candidate will be working with so experience in cloud based environments is a plus.
