Deep experience managing complex IT projects or initiatives from beginning to end

- Possesses expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, waterfall) and experience with industry standard project management tools

- Possesses expert-level knowledge of the structure, functionality, configuration, integration points, change processes, and workflow for software applications (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP)

- Experience defining software requirements for complex products/solutions, in-depth knowledge of analytical tools, relational databases, and software applications

- Experience in systems analysis and applying analytical skills and business knowledge to develop and implement innovative, technical solutions utilizing industry standard methodologies

- Very strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills

- Proven ability to analyze complex data and business processes and create process maps

- Skilled in creating queries, data modeling, and utilizing analytical tools (e.g. SQL) to create data extracts and reports

- Proficient in training and guiding others in project management and/or various analysis techniques and methods

- Stays current on industry trends and new technologies

- Proficient in understanding key vendors solution roadmaps
