Expertise in iterative development

• Understanding of technical concepts with the ability to coordinate development in the area of databases, data integration methods, data analysis, and business intelligence

• Understand development processes and methodologies, speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise

• Manage to the commitments of a development team understanding options for negotiating scope, budget and resources

• Leverage metrics for reporting and planning for senior leadership, business partners and team management

• Understand backlog tracking, productivity metrics, velocity, and task definition

• Knowledge of techniques for tracking burndown, retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc…

• Ability to track financial reporting and manage budgets

• Prior experience with projects in Financial Services is a plus

• PMP Certification preferred

• Agile Scrum Master certification preferred

• Minimum 5 years Project Management required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or Technology or comparable experience
