- Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
- Proficient in PeopleTools 8.56 or higher version that includes proficiency in SQR, App Engine, Workflow, nVision
- Proficient in PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 or higher version that includes proficiency in AM, AP, GL, Project Management, Expenses and Security
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong analytical and customer skills required
- A thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into solutions
- Proficient with understanding business requirements and in many cases act as an Analyst
- Promote and demonstrate effective teamwork in an Agile team setting
- Must be results-oriented and able to manage time appropriately in order to meet assigned goals
- Ability to analyze and estimate system requirements, develop alternatives, and implement solutions
- Must have an solid understanding of business processes and system interdependencies
