·         Create wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows to effectively communicate design solutions

·         Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

·         Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions

·         Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

·         Collaborate closely with design, engineering, product management and marketing teams

·         Work with design team to refine and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Required Skill & Experience

·         Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or equivalent required

·         A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in user experience design

·         Expertise in visual design and wire-framing tools eg., Sketch, Invision, Axure

·         Ability to think globally and be mindful of designing for cultural differences and accessibility needs

·         Experience conducting concept and usability testing to gather feedback

·         Must have a strong UX & Design portfolio that demonstrates past design projects

·         Excellent documentation and presentation skills

·         Ability to provide quick decisive feedback

·         Must possess strong, professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Flexibility in schedule to occasionally work off hours to participate in video/conference calls to accommodate international schedules

Technical Environment

·         Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

·         Portfolio of design projects

·         Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

·         Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

·         Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

·         Good time-management skills

·         BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

·         Azure
