1            Background APPTUS is used as a CPQ tool but has had stability and performance issues Reasons unknown

2            COE owns and manages APPTUS but they struggle Recent CSAT on APPTUS was brutal

3            Need a CPQ expert with functional architectural and techn ical background

4            Dig into reasons for stability and performance issues in APPTUS as well as supporting enterprise architecture crude example database application server caching services etc

5            Provide a roadmap for fixing these issues in APPT US functional feature etc or the enterprise architecture ecosystem

6            Also provide a POV on whether APPTUS is the correct tool for GE s CPQ s needs or something else SF can be used If so provide an implementation roadmap

7            Manage individual C PQ focused tracks within Business Applications transformation Become an expert on best practices and how the client implements business systems including creating workflows reports and dashboards Gather and analyze business requirements and criti cal data elements across functional areas 4 Serve as an expert in CPQ configuration and guide team members in configuration decisions 5 Deliver recommendations for business process improvements and implement recommendations

8            At least 3 yrs of exper ience Salesforce 2 Experience with Steelbrick Salesforce CPQ Apttus or BigMachines is strongly preferred with Apttus the preference

9            Must have Good Communication skill to interact with client 2 Good to have Handled Team of 3 5 junior Developer

Should have worked in Sprint model of delivery

Should have worked directly with the customer

Should be able to review team members code and provide review comments

Good Communication and good attitute

Shoul d work closely with the team and walk the extra mile for good quality code

Code should have nil or min defects and should follow the required standards

Ability to work with the customer as part of the Agile mode of delivery
