•            Overall  6 years in IT (4-6 years in Quality Assurance) Excellent analytical skills

•            with an ADVANCED level proficiency in QA practice creating/maintaining test plans, creating test harnesses, scripts; executing scripts and reporting.

•            Extensive knowledge on Automation testing using IVR technologies: Hammer/ Cyara/ Cyclone

•            Knowladge on Selenium/Java will be plus

•            Interactive Voice response system and tool knowledge to test IVR

•            Ensure the correctness and completeness of voice applications

•            Experience verifying the logic of the Call Flow and BRDs

•            Experience testing CRM applications for contact center is preferred
