• Min. 8+ years of hands-on Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter, Blaze Meter and K6
• Hands-on experience performance testing protocol types of TCP, FTP, Message Queues and DB via JDBC
• Hands-on exposure to quickly identify performance bottlenecks using APM tools (New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) and AWS CloudWatch
• Strong with Java and Python programming skills
• Strong understanding of basic DB tuning, application server tuning and common issues around performance and scalability
• Comfortable working with Linux based environment as load generators
• Experience building highly automated test environments using virtual and cloud resources (AWS, GCP) is strongly needed
• Experience working with virtualization and containers (Docker or similar) is desired
• Experience using CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo
• Experience generating test reports from both tools (Influx DB and Grafana)
• Experience in communicating with technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks and help resolve issues in triage calls
