JOB DETAIL


Facilitates and leads functional team efforts to improve client experience by optimizing the accuracy of work, and helps implement tools and systems to maintain and measure quality. Manages test process to include training, results tracking, and continuous improvement. Has overall responsibility to manage the QA workload within specific projects, deliver excellence, report progress, and enhance collaboration within project management and development teams.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure and champion quality processes, which allow teams to identify, report, assess and resolve problems found during testing, and proactively avoid reoccurrences
• Resolve day to day issues and provide solutions
• Be QA subject matter expert in specific areas across projects
• Manage outsource resources workload, workflow, work queue, and results
• Train and mentor members of the team to help them solidify their testing expertise, scrutiny and use of the tools
• Develop standardized procedures - test plans, bug , regression testing, automated test cases
• Contribute to the automated testing efforts, and ensure comprehensive test coverage by finding defects and verifying fixes

Skills:
• Proven success in position of similar responsibilities in a QA environment
• Outstanding eye for detail, and steadfast refusal to compromise on quality
• Thorough understanding of web terminology, specifications, and quality assurance

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
