JOB DETAIL

Owns wing to wing Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) process which includes data management of performance data, administering Comp plans and credit rules in Oracle Fusion Sales Incentive Compensation (OFIC)

Be the liaison between regional SIC and vendor teams and efficiently translate business requirements into technical specs and vice versa, explain any technical challenges of implementing solutions in Oracle Fusion to business teams

Be process driven and constantly look to simplify Compensation plans, rules and data into Oracle Fusion platform for attaining maximum performance

Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes

Be the custodian of Oracle Fusion platform and lead teams to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.

 

Qualifications:

12+ years of overall IT experience preferably in the HR / Finance / Sales Performance Management domain

7+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Fusions platform (OFIC)

Data driven with good SQL query writing skills of modest complexity

Fluent communication skills

Team player and collaborate at all levels in a matrixed organization

Multiple SPM implementation

Certification in Oracle Incentive Compensation or Sales Cloud
