Primary responsibility for business analysis and document functional requirements
Coordination between Off-Shore and On-Shore teams
Manage the VSTS environment
Perform requirements gathering from LOL business & technical teams and work with development team to develop appropriate solutions
Document and manage requirements using VSTS
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Planning, Retro, Demo meetings
Lead Backlog Prioritization meetings
Perform analytical troubleshooting to identify root cause of issues and bugs
Develop and maintain application documentation per LOL standards
Manage and organize implementation planning for production releases
Provide feedback to team members as appropriate
Coordinate activities across teams as necessary
Effectively manage multiple priorities
Perform additional job-related duties as requested
Requirements
Thorough working knowledge of the SDLC models/methodologies, IT systems and their direct implementation to projects
Leadership and management skills in leading technical personnel through the delivery of software development projects
Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and testing skills, troubleshooting skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures
Ability to apply common, object-oriented modeling techniques, including use case, activity and sequence diagrams
Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques
Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling tools
Experience with applying and general knowledge of various analysis and gathering approaches, methodologies and models
Demonstrated leadership and attention to detail skills through prior experience at the strategic and tactical/implementation levels.
Strong analytical and planning skills/experience with software development projects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, General Information Technology or a related field, AND at least 5 (five) years of relevant experience in business analysis with software development projects, OR relevant combination of education and experience
Preferred: e-commerce project experience
Independently motivated, good communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiples balls in the air
High sense of responsibility for the quality and goals of the project
Ability to prioritize, communicate, and get things done.
