Python/R with specialist 7 to 10 yrs of hands on exp. with data science, data analysis, and ML using python and R.
Very strong python or R is a Must(5+ yrs of hands on exp.)
Strong hands on exp with SQL is a must (3+ yrs of exp.)
Very well versed with libraries to perform A/B testing - Pandas, NumPy, seaborn, Scipy
Very strong data analytical hands-on exp.
Ability to identify pitfalls like invalid hypotheses
