JOB DETAIL

  • Self-starter with 10 years’ experience leading IT projects. 7 years’ experience utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • 7  years’ experience coordinating work with vendor staff and other work units.
  • Ability to perform/oversee Business Analysis activities.


Nice to have skills:

  • Experience leading project to migrate legacy application to a vendor cloud hosted solution


The most qualified candidate will have:

  • Advanced level IT Project Management experience including creation and monitoring of work plans in detail and ability to identify and resolve roadblocks. 
  • Experience assigning tasks and directing technical staff in all areas of the project including infrastructure and application development activities (includes user administration using Okta,
  •  infrastructure setup for cloud hosting, application integrations, data conversions).
  • Experience leading conversion and testing activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating documentation for use cases, analysis, design, process flows or technical documentation.
  • Previous project management experience coordinating work with vendor staff and other work units.
  • Experience utilizing agile methodologies for completing projects from Initiation through Implementation and Maintenance.
  • Experience with migrating an in-house developed application to a vendor cloud hosting solution is preferred.


Thisposition will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Working together with other PM’s to ensure all work is identified andplanned.
2. Overseeing the IT work not covered by the vendor. Develop businessproject plans and schedules, estimate resource requirements, define milestonesand deliverables, monitor activities to
 ensure successful and on-time deliveries, and evaluate and report on accomplishments.
3. Management of agile/sprint activities for the IT teams.
4. Providing direction to the IT teams on scope, design, development,testing, and implementation tasks.
5. Overseeing of technical requirements for integrations andinfrastructure components
6. Work with another BA on business analysis support for integrations,conversion validation, and other aspects of the project
7. Overseeing test plans and testing changes as needed.  Document andtrack changes and bugs.
8. Removing roadblocks for the project or team members
9. Communicating IT status updates to stakeholders and team members.
10. Scheduling meetings with stakeholders and development teams,documenting agendas and minutes.
