The Sr Application Developer Lead provides functional oversight for a full stack application development team with primary responsibility of architecting, designing, and developing enhancements to Collette’s portfolio of applications. Designs back-end structure of database entities and components while adhering to best practices. Keeps current on application development technology trends, applying modern tools and techniques to improve existing solutions, as well as new initiatives. Uses analytical and communication skills to help guide and mentor a development team. Develops using a modern development toolset supporting Windows and web based technologies.

Top must haves:

Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) and development skills using C#, VB.NET, WinForms, Entity Framework/LINQ, WPF, MVVM, ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, Xamarin

Strong proficiency with front end technologies, including Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS

Experience managing a team

Additional nice to haves:

Strong understanding of source control discipline (knowledge of Bitbucket/Git/Team Foundation a plus)

Understanding of CI/CD tools (knowledge of Jenkins, IIS, Docker, Kubernetes, a plus)

Mobile app development experience is a plus, experience with Xamarin preferred

Knowledge of SharePoint development or administration a plus
