Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Good knowledge required on Automation Testing.

·         Creation of automation test plan.

·         Automation framework design and update.

·         Automation test script design and maintenance.

·         Good Agile knowledge.

·         Good Communication skills.

·         Good stakeholder Management skills.

·         Should have QA process knowledge.

·         Should be able to work independently and quickly understand the current API automation implementation.

·          Should be able to have discussion with business team, understand the scenario and implement the automation scripts.

·         Should be flexible and take up additional responsibilities.

·         Should be able to report the project status to different stakeholders.

·         Develop processes, tools, approaches and practices to help achieve Program objectives.

·         Provide Thought Leadership and guidance to the Quality team.

·         Coordinate with UAT leads to provide UAT handoff and support UAT defect triage until UAT sign-off.

·         Monitor KPI’s, perform RCA on deviations & drive Continuous improvements.
